Every year there is a news story about children who were injured while playing with the new toy, the biggest of the season. Even when the toy is marked as suitable for children aged 3 years or less, the result is disastrous.
As you can imagine, the father or grandfather who bought the toy is devastated about this accident. This year, there has been a spate of recalls of children's toys. How are we supposed that one of the parents to predict the risk and protect their children from dangerous toys that can put under the Christmas tree?
